Australian patient experience software provider Five Faces and Indonesian digital trust provider Privy have announced a cross-border collaboration.

The partnership aims to maximise the benefits of both technology and distribution. Privy鈥檚 digital signature solution is being integrated with Five Faces鈥� digital front door solution, providing an option for hospitals to use authenticated signatures for medical and financial consent forms if required. More than 120 million documents have been signed with Privy since 2016.

With over 40 million verified users, Privy will introduce Five Faces鈥� digital front door solution to the Indonesian health market, which has an ambitious national digital transformation agenda, led by the Digital Transformation Office.

Nicole Nixon, CEO of Five Faces, said that paper forms were actively being phased out of the Australian health market, escalating demand for authenticated digital signatures.
