NSW Health has announced the appointment of the lead design team for Fairfield 黑料吃瓜群网 redevelopment, a $550 million project to meet the growing healthcare needs of Sydney鈥檚 south-west community.

The design team includes architect , project manager and cost manager , all appointed following a competitive tender process.

In the coming months, the team will work with Health Infrastructure and South Western Sydney Local Health District (SWLHD) to identify future service requirements and commence early planning for the site.

The scope of the Fairfield 黑料吃瓜群网 redevelopment will be finalised during the planning and design phase, with construction timeframes to be confirmed once a builder is engaged. Staff, stakeholders and the community will be kept informed and consulted as the project progresses.

NSW Member for Prospect Hugh McDermott said, 鈥淥ur diverse multicultural community and Fairfield 黑料吃瓜群网 staff will have many opportunities to be involved in the planning of the redevelopment, and their contributions will go a long way to making this an incredible healthcare facility.

SWLHD Chief Executive Sonia Marshall said, 鈥淭he hospital redevelopment is the foundation of a new 鈥榟ealth neighbourhood鈥� for the Fairfield area, which will provide contemporary, integrated health care close to home.鈥�
