Proposed Amendments to Pharmaceutical Benefits Act

All pharmacists are required to comply with these conditions as part of their approval under Part VII of the National Health Act 1953 (the Act). The amendments will clarify the intention of the Act with regard to claims for payment for the supply of pharmaceutical benefits.
A copy of the proposed amendments to the conditions of approval is being forwarded to all approved pharmacists inviting them to provide written comment. For information on how to make a submission please go to the
