Registrations and abstract submissions have opened for the , to be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre and online from 17鈥�20听November 2024.

The theme for this year鈥檚 conference is 鈥淪uccession, sustainability, and the advancement of infection prevention and control鈥�, with the event aimed at addressing emerging challenges, promoting innovative approaches and creating a collaborative environment where diverse perspectives are valued.

is inviting healthcare professionals, researchers and industry leaders to explore the fundamental principles and innovative strategies essential for navigating the evolving landscape of infection prevention and one health by fostering a culture of continuous learning and exploration.

It will offer attendees the opportunity to gain insights from national and international experts, network with likeminded professionals and meet with Australasia鈥檚 key IPC industry suppliers.

This year鈥檚 conference will feature new registration categories designed to make attendance easier for delegates whether joining in Melbourne or online. These initiatives include:

• Onsite shared registrations: This option grants access for three individuals to attend, with each person allotted a single-day entry, allowing multiple team members to benefit from the event without separate registrations.
• Online day registration: Attendees can choose specific conference days aligning with their interests, focusing on sessions most relevant to their professional goals.
• Dinner inclusive registrations: Delegates can opt to include dinner with their registration, customising their conference experience according to their preferences.
