OSCAR Aged Care 黑料吃瓜群网ity Awards Announced

Angela Kotis of United 黑料吃瓜群网ity and Essendon Aged Care was named Victorian Chef of the Year Winner at the OSCAR Aged Care 黑料吃瓜群网ity Awards.
鈥淎ngela embodies all the qualities you would wish to find in an Aged Care Chef, and it is for this reason that we wished to nominate her鈥 declared Darren Benfell, Director of United 黑料吃瓜群网ity.
The role of a chef in aged care is highly complex. Its a heavily regulated field requiring efficiency, creativity and sound management skill. The chef needs to translate this into provision of delicious home style cooking residents enjoy, in a pleasant dining environment.
