is offering free online paint and sip sessions to Australia鈥檚 dedicated frontline workers, to convey gratitude and help relieve stress during the COVID-19 crisis.

With no certainty as to how long this pandemic will last, anxiety levels for many are at an all-time high, particularly in Victoria and New South Wales. demonstrates that 45 minutes of creative activity significantly lessens stress in the body, something our frontline heroes need more than ever.

Participants will gain access to a complimentary step-by-step video tutorial from Cork and Canvas鈥� senior lead artists, with the option to take part in an on-demand session that can be completed at the artist鈥檚 pace or a live class via Zoom, allowing virtual engagement with other art lovers in the class.

Melinda feels strongly about supporting this cause after completing a degree in Cardiac Ultrasound, Nutrition and two years of nursing school.
